A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State and leading 2027 governorship aspirant, Mr. Akeem Agbaje, has extended warm felicitations to the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on the occasion of her 65th birthday.
In a statement issued on Sunday , Agbaje lauded Senator Tinubu’s enduring contributions to national development, particularly in the areas of healthcare, education, rural development, and youth empowerment.
He highlighted her signature initiative, the Renewed Hope Initiative, describing it as a visionary programme whose ripple effects would be felt for generations.
Agbaje said, “The First Lady’s passion for uplifting the vulnerable and empowering the underserved is not only admirable but impactful. Through her Renewed Hope Initiative, she has brought meaningful interventions in health, education, and rural welfare.”
Agbaje, a former Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Ibadan Branch, lauded Senator Tinubu for her grace, strength, and unwavering commitment to national service, describing her as “a patriot and a woman of deep substance whose contributions to nation-building have remained consistent and profound over the years.”
He also commended her philanthropic efforts, notably the grant support for 37,000 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and a donation of ₦1 billion to the National Cancer Fund, which he said underscores her compassion and drive to make a lasting impact.

Born on September 21, 1960, Senator Oluremi Tinubu is a seasoned lawmaker, ordained pastor, and former First Lady of Lagos State. She served three terms as a Senator representing Lagos Central before assuming her current role as Nigeria’s First Lady.
