No fewer than 220 vulnerable children at Liberty School, Ilaje, Lagos, have received educational materials under the Back-to-School and Youth Education Charity Outreach organised by Spark Union Capital Inc. in partnership with Pertojiny Managers.
The initiative, which targeted children from indigent families and those rescued from the streets, was aimed at promoting access to education and improving learning opportunities for disadvantaged pupils.
Liberty School is a free educational institution that caters to children whose families cannot afford formal education, while also providing feeding support as part of its programme.
During the outreach, the beneficiaries received 20 dozen exercise books, 25 mathematical sets, 250 pens, five dozen sets of pencils, sharpeners and erasers, 25 water bottles, 25 school bags and 25 food flasks.
Speaking on the initiative, Spark Union Capital described the donation as more than the distribution of learning materials, saying it reflected the company’s commitment to restoring hope, dignity and confidence in the future of every child.
The outreach was held under the theme, “Capital Creates Value. Compassion Creates the Future,” underscoring the company’s belief that investment in education remains critical to building stronger communities.
