Cred 360 Media Limited, an integrated marketing communication company, on Saturday congratulated the Lagelu and District Society of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) on its first anniversary, commending the leadership of its Chairman, Chief Mrs. Omokemi Olufunke Oladipo (FCA), for steering the district to an impressive and impactful first year.
Inaugurated a year ago under Chief Mrs. Oladipo’s leadership, Lagelu ICAN has carried out numerous training and capacity-building programmes, corporate engagements, mentorship activities and community development initiatives aimed at strengthening the accounting profession and enhancing the district’s visibility.
The district is set to hold its anniversary dinner and award night today, November 29, at Aweni House, Oke-Bola, Ibadan, at 3:00 p.m. The event, themed “Honouring Distinction, Advancing Our Vision,” will feature a keynote address by a Fellow Chartered Accountant and Professor of Accounting and Strategic Financial Management, Ishola Rufus Atintoye.
In a statement issued in Ibadan, Cred 360 Media described the one-year milestone as a testament to Lagelu ICAN’s dedication to professional excellence, ethical standards and continuous capacity building within the accounting community.
The statement, signed by the Executive Director of Cred 360 Media, Rotimi Agboluaje (ANIPR, ARPA, FICIR), praised the district for its remarkable strides within a short period.
Cred 360 Media, a one-stop IMC and business solutions firm specialising in media relations, advertising, event marketing, publicity, product marketing and business development, noted that the district had recorded significant achievements under Mrs. Oladipo. These include improved member engagement, impactful professional programmes and strengthened regional visibility.
The organisation commended Chief Mrs. Oladipo for what it described as her visionary, focused and inclusive leadership, noting that her efforts had positioned Lagelu ICAN as one of the fast-rising district societies within the ICAN structure.
“We celebrate Lagelu ICAN on this significant first anniversary and applaud Chief Mrs. Omokemi Oladipo for her focused dedication to the growth of the district,” the statement said.
Cred 360 Media expressed optimism that the district would continue to consolidate its achievements and further promote accountability, ethics and professionalism in financial management.
