Held at Golden Tulip Hotel, Oduduwa Hall, the conference, themed “Empowering Partnership and Expanding Collaborations,” brought together seasoned practitioners who explored new avenues for growth within the trading ecosystem, with a strong focus on skills development, transparency and innovation.

Declaring the event open, Head of Education, Mr. Martins Chuks, described the gathering as “a launch pack for new ideas and bigger partnerships that will reshape the forex industry in Ibadan.” He charged participants to embrace innovation and collaboration, insisting that the city is ripe for a deeper transformation in its trading culture.

The conference featured technical sessions from respected industry voices. Experienced trader, Mr. Kehinde Shogeke, led participants through Tentrade Africa’s account types, while Chuks returned with a second session on “Leveraging Funded Trading Opportunities,” stressing that “capital is no longer a problem; the real question is whether you have the skills to trade profitably.”

A Lagos-based trader, Mr. Raymond Olusola, dissected the role of “Trust, Transparency and Transformation” in sustaining the trading business, just as another speaker, Mr. Emmanuel Durojaiye, urged traders to appreciate the “business side of trading,” noting that perspective and discipline often determine success in the volatile market.

A joint keynote address delivered by Partnership Manager, Miss Princess Momodu, and Chuks highlighted Tentrade Africa’s product offerings, partnership incentives and the wide range of prizes earmarked for outstanding partners this year.

In his address, Managing Director of Tentrade Africa, Mr. Victor Ufot, praised the organisation’s partners in Ibadan and across Nigeria for their commitment to the brand’s growth. He emphasised the centrality of money to national development, arguing that every sector of the economy depends on financial strength.

Ufot explained that the purpose of the conference was not merely to discuss forex trading but to expose traders to the financial opportunities embedded within the global market. “The conference is not about forex trading but about how every forex trader can make millions while trading,” he said.

Describing the forex sector as “a massive industry just like oil and gas,” he maintained that Tentrade Africa is not merely a broker but a regulated movement offering prop-firm services and empowering Africans to trade purposefully.

Closing the conference, Ufot urged participants to cultivate the mindset of mastering value exchange, insisting that selling remains central to financial freedom. “Every day you keep buying, then you have to sell to make money. You cannot keep buying without selling. Selling is the secret to achieving the lifestyle you desire,” he said.

He added that Tentrade Africa provides structured training on how traders can package and sell trading products effectively, positioning themselves for long-term wealth creation.

The conference ended with renewed optimism among attendees, many of whom described the event as a timely intervention in the fast-evolving forex landscape.
