The governorship aspirant on the platform of the Allied Peoples’ Movement (APM), Hon. Bimbo Adekanmbi, has arrived at the South-West Secretariat of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), located along Old Ife Road, Ibadan, ahead of the formal signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between both political parties.
Adekanmbi, who was received by party loyalists and supporters at the venue, is expected to participate in the political event believed to be part of ongoing coalition and realignment efforts ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The Executive Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, alongside the National Chairman of the APM and other top political stakeholders, are also expected at the venue for the official ceremony.
The alliance is expected to strengthen political collaboration between both parties and reshape emerging political calculations within Oyo State and the South-West region.
