Oyo State 2027 governorship aspirant on the platform of the African Democratic Congress [ADC], Barrister Chief Niyi Aborisade [BANA], has broken his silence following the conclusion of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) governorship primary election, assuring supporters that the struggle for positive transformation in the state remains alive.

Aborisade, in a message addressed to his supporters and residents of the state, urged them to remain calm, hopeful and steadfast despite recent political developments within the party.

The legal practitioner and politician stated that although many supporters had anticipated his reaction after the outcome of the primary election, he deliberately chose the path of restraint, reflection and maturity.

He explained that while concerns had been raised in some quarters regarding the conduct and outcome of the exercise, he would not dwell on issues capable of distracting attention from the broader vision for Oyo State.

According to him, temporary political setbacks should not discourage supporters from believing in the ideals and aspirations of the movement.

“All hope is not lost. Our dreams and aspirations for a greater Oyo State are bigger than any immediate circumstance before us,” he said.

Aborisade maintained that he remains committed to the ideals that inspired his political movement, assuring supporters that consultations and strategic engagements are ongoing ahead of the next political step.

He urged members of the movement not to lose faith, noting that leadership is often defined by resilience, patience and commitment during difficult moments.

In what appeared to be a renewed declaration of political resolve, the governorship hopeful reaffirmed that his movement for positive transformation in the state remains active.

“ÀYÍPADÀ RERE is still very much alive,” he declared.

He also appealed to residents of Oyo State and Nigerians to continue praying for peace, unity and progress in the state and the country at large.
